Every leave, counted

Single pins, the 10 pin, the 7, the baby splits, the big four: each leave gets its own line, with how often you see it and how often you pick it up. Splits are counted apart from your other leaves, so a few washouts never hide a weak 10 pin.

Leaves: how often each pin is left standing

Logged between frames

Tap the pins still standing after your first ball and save. Only those pins stay on the deck, so you tap the ones your spare ball took, or Spare or Missed. The ball and the rest are optional, so logging keeps up with league pace.

Questions

What is a good spare conversion rate?

It depends on your average, but single-pin spares are the ones most worth watching. They are the leaves you can expect to make nearly every time, so a low single-pin rate is usually the quickest place to gain pins.

Does it count splits separately?

Yes. Splits have their own card, with how often you leave each one and how often you convert it, apart from your other leaves.

Do I have to log every shot?

Spare stats need the pins you left, so they come from the nights you log frame by frame. On nights you only want the scores, easy mode takes just those.
